Käyttöehdot

1. Yleistä

Näitä käyttöehtoja sovelletaan Bang! - Ampumapäiväkirja -mobiilisovellukseen ja siihen liittyviin verkkosivuihin (jäljempänä ”Palvelu”). Palvelun tarjoaa Henri Haho. Ottamalla Palvelun käyttöön hyväksyt nämä ehdot.

2. Palvelun kuvaus

Palvelu on henkilökohtainen ampumapäiväkirja, johon käyttäjä voi kirjata harjoituksiaan, aseitaan, varusteitaan ja tuloksiaan sekä muodostaa niistä koosteita ja PDF-raportteja.

Palvelu ei ole viranomaisrekisteri. Palvelun muodostama raportti ei itsessään ole poliisin tai ampuma-asekouluttajan hyväksymä todistus.

3. Tili ja käyttäjän vastuu

• Tilin luominen edellyttää voimassa olevaa sähköpostiosoitetta. Vastaat kirjautumistietojesi säilyttämisestä.
• Vastaat itse kaikkien Palveluun kirjaamiesi tietojen oikeellisuudesta ja ajantasaisuudesta.
• Vastaat siitä, että ampumaharrastuksesi ja aseiden hallussapito ovat lakien, lupaehtojen ja radan sääntöjen mukaisia. Palvelu ei anna juridista neuvontaa.

4. Sallittu käyttö

Palvelua ei saa käyttää:

• lainvastaiseen toimintaan tai lainvastaisen toiminnan dokumentointiin
• muiden henkilöiden tietojen tallentamiseen ilman heidän suostumustaan
• Palvelun teknisen toiminnan häiritsemiseen, murtautumisyrityksiin tai automatisoituun massakeräykseen
• sisällön tallentamiseen, joka loukkaa kolmannen osapuolen oikeuksia.

5. Sisällön omistus

Kirjaamasi tiedot ovat sinun. Emme myy niitä kolmansille osapuolille. Käsittelemme niitä tietosuojaselosteen mukaisesti Palvelun toteuttamiseksi ja kehittämiseksi.

Palvelun ohjelmisto, tunnusmerkit, nimet ja graafinen ilme ovat palveluntarjoajan tai sen lisenssinantajien omaisuutta.

6. Muutokset ja saatavuus

Kehitämme Palvelua jatkuvasti ja voimme muuttaa, lisätä tai poistaa ominaisuuksia. Palvelua tarjotaan sellaisena kuin se on, eikä sen keskeytyksetöntä toimintaa taata. Suunnitteilla olevia ominaisuuksia ei tule pitää käytössä olevina.

7. Vastuunrajoitus

Palveluntarjoaja ei vastaa käyttäjän kirjaamien tietojen virheellisyydestä eikä siitä, hyväksyykö viranomainen tai ampuma-asekouluttaja Palvelusta muodostetun raportin. Palveluntarjoaja ei vastaa välillisistä vahingoista siinä laajuudessa kuin pakottava laki sen sallii.

Suosittelemme säilyttämään omat varmuuskopiot sinulle tärkeistä tiedoista.

8. Tilin päättäminen

Voit poistaa tilisi milloin tahansa sovelluksen asetuksista. Voimme rajoittaa tai päättää käyttöoikeuden, jos näitä ehtoja rikotaan olennaisesti.

9. Ehtojen muuttaminen

Voimme päivittää näitä ehtoja. Olennaisista muutoksista tiedotetaan Palvelussa tai verkkosivuilla. Päivitetty päiväys näkyy tämän sivun ylälaidassa.

10. Sovellettava laki ja yhteystiedot

Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia, ja riidat käsitellään palveluntarjoajan kotipaikan käräjäoikeudessa, ellei pakottavasta kuluttajansuojasta muuta johdu.

These terms apply to the Bang! - Range Log mobile app and its related website (the “Service”). The Service is provided by Henri Haho. By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is a personal shooting log in which you can record your sessions, firearms, equipment and results, and generate summaries and PDF reports from them.

The Service is not a government register. A report generated by the Service is not in itself a certificate approved by the police or by a firearms instructor.

3. Account and user responsibility

• Creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of all data you record in the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your shooting activity and possession of firearms comply with applicable law, licence conditions and range rules. The Service does not provide legal advice.

4. Acceptable use

The Service may not be used:

• for unlawful activity or for documenting unlawful activity
• to store other people's personal data without their consent
• to interfere with the technical operation of the Service, attempt intrusion, or perform automated mass collection
• to store content that infringes the rights of third parties.

5. Ownership of content

The data you record is yours. We do not sell it to third parties. We process it in accordance with the privacy policy in order to provide and improve the Service.

The software, marks, names and visual identity of the Service belong to the provider or its licensors.

6. Changes and availability

We develop the Service continuously and may change, add or remove features. The Service is provided as is, and uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Planned features should not be treated as available features.

7. Limitation of liability

The provider is not liable for inaccuracies in the data you record, nor for whether an authority or a firearms instructor accepts a report generated from the Service. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the provider is not liable for indirect damages.

We recommend keeping your own backups of data that is important to you.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We may restrict or terminate access if these terms are materially breached.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service or on the website. The updated date is shown at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Finnish law, and disputes are handled by the district court of the provider's domicile unless mandatory consumer protection provides otherwise.
